About Raquel
Hello! I am graduated in Advertising and Public Relations. I have experience teaching and taking care of children, I also love them! I have worked as a private teacher giving school support classes (mathematics, language and English) to two 10-year-old girls during 2017. I have also looked after children during the summer of 2018 (doing summer homework, playing with them at the children's house). parents, preparing the food and attending to them at all times). I consider that the most important thing is the child's motivation, since that will make him work hard. In schools, teachers cannot focus attention on each child and fail to convey the need or sufficient motivation to learn and grow, but with a private teacher who teaches them in an effective and enjoyable way, they will feel good about themselves, improving and increasing. your self esteem. I prepare all the classes looking for fun ways and easier to understand. In them we review what is happening each day at school and what has been possible to get stuck / a, explaining it and working on all of it. With my methodology I set them a goal per week, (ex: this week we are going to do 20 such exercises, that you can explain this, etc), to motivate them, I also make them believe in themselves, increasing their self-esteem and I reward them for each goal achieved. English classes are also very fun, I hope that they also laugh, enjoy learning and above all that they lose their fear of speaking in English, as this will motivate them to become interested in the language. I speak from my own experience, before I hated studying English, now I have managed to speak English very fluently (high level) and I love it. I understand each child and how frustrating it is to have to study something that they do not like or think they are not good at, but I trust that everyone can and that it is easier to explain the agenda in a pleasant way and make them understand that they are going to feel better about themselves if they try hard.
