I've been a journalist for almost eight years now, and a Youth Minster for three, so I've come to learn a few things.
1. Never take the task too seriously. It will end up in black and white either way.
2. It's always worth time to get both sides of the story.
3. Time isn't wasted when you enjoy what you're doing.

My main priority is to know the needs of the student and meet them to the best of my ability. My lesson plans will be thorough, yet have plenty of wiggle room for real life discussion and application.
