About Michael
I'm Michael, I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I have 5 years of experience tutoring students from middle school to college level both online and in-person. I can teach subjects in both math and physics. In high school, I have achieved 5 on AP Calculus BC, 5 on AP Physics 1 & 2, and 800 on SAT Math II. I am currently working as a Hardware Engineer for IBM. I believe that I can help you with any high school level and entry level college courses.
I am also willing to take on special lesson requests if anyone wants to learn something from me. For example, If there are any aspiring Electrical Engineers that would like to learn from me I would be happy to help as well.

Throughout my experience tutoring, I find that my students get the most consistent results with a lot of repetition and a lot my presence. If you choose to work with me I will spend time outside of tutoring hours to create lesson plans and homework for you to succeed. Here is the structure I will provide that has worked best for me in the past:
- 2 hours/week customized 1-on-1 lessons
- 1 hour/week 1-on-1 homework assistance
- Weekly personalized homework assignments
- If you don't show up or do work I will remove you
I have tutored for 5 years and I find that staying consistent and following the steps above are the best ways to succeed.
