About Roy
My name is Roy Rojas Jiménez—a passionate physical education teacher, coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to sports and holistic development. I hold a Master’s degree in Sports and Physical Education Management, along with four specialized diplomas in sports psychology, high-performance training, nutrition, and injury prevention. I’ve worked with students at all levels—from early childhood to upper primary—implementing inclusive, active, and engaging learning strategies, with a special focus on gender equality in sports. I currently manage a baseball team, where I lead structured training programs with daily, weekly, and annual planning, including physical, medical, and nutritional evaluations to help athletes reach their full potential both individually and as a team. I also offer virtual classes in baseball, softball, and basketball, designed to teach technical skills, tactical thinking, and sports values from home—through a fun, professional, and educational approach. Additionally, I’m the founder of RODO Corporation, a growing company that blends sports, fashion, entrepreneurship, and wellness. Through brands like Daya Sport Wear and Campessina Miel, I aim to make a positive impact in the community. My mission is to shape athletes who are confident, disciplined, and passionate—on and off the field.
