I love teaching math and natural sciences! As a STEM major and a pandemic graduate, I understand the difficulties of learning STEM topics in person and online. I will work with you in any and every way needed to make sure you truly understand the material and not just memorize, regurgitate and repeat.

During my undergrad, I was a Teaching Assistant for 2 semesters. I was assisting with the Basic Biology course. This course was for students who were not STEM students. Teaching these students was an interesting but rewarding experience. I would hold extra study sessions that were outside of the professors office hours for students who asked for extra assistance. If questions about grading arose, I would hold one-on-one meetings with students to discuss answers.
Regarding teaching, I prefer one-on-one or small group teaching. I love using analogies to help teach and relate material to my students. I would learn about their interests and hobbies and try to relate the material to their hobbies so the students could better understand the material presented.
