About Rebecca
I am a full-time Operations Manager, but work from home so my hours are flexible. In my spare time I enjoy hiking in nature, classical music and reading.
I am also a mother to an extremely active 8 year old, and understand from experience that learning is enriching with the right support.
I fully believe one -on-one teaching fosters acceleration in any subject. There is nothing a pupil cannot overcome with some help!

My lessons will be pupil-centred.
It will be based around the topic of request from the pupil, and I understand that the role of a tutor is to help individuals to connect with the subject matter and inspire confidence, and hopefully a love for English literature and the language in general.
I base lesson format around the way a pupil may learn best, and have knowledge of various learning techniques. For instance, people learn best via different modes and as a tutor it is fundamental to understand what this may be.
