I had phenomenal teachers who had creative ways to teach their students and it has always stuck with me. They showed me that no two people learn the same way. As a teacher or instructor I would find out about the student and watch for cues about their individual learning techniques and to be able to adapt to that particular style to help the student. Find creative ways to keep the student focused and determined to learn.
