About Laura
As a graduate student, I am pursuing a career in academia, so I understand the importance of a safe and effective learning environment. Over the years, I have volunteered and tutored many peers and children in a variety of subjects, including math, science, English, and Spanish. I began volunteering as a student teacher and tutor at a young age, and my passion for learning and teaching has only grown. I believe that an essential part of learning is feeling confident in what you are doing, and I aspire to instill both confidence and passion in anyone I work with.
