About Breanna
I dreamed about being a teacher since the 3rd grade. I struggled with learned and understanding how things applied to the real world and when I became an adult. It was important to me that when I became an educator I would help students on an individual level. The truth is EVERYONE is intelligent, just in their own way. Some succeed in the traditional way such as Math and Science, while others are athletic or artistic.

I have a very hands on approach to teaching. I think every student has an individual learning style and it is vital that an educator see students strengths to help them learn. My first step as your tutor is to get to know more about you and your goals. I will use this to help me customize my teaching approach. I have seen that using a more individualized teaching approach has helped students succeed more. I also like to use students interests to help what them understand what they are learning. I know from experience it is much easier to learn when you know how it applies to the real world.
