About Akshay
Hi, I’m Akshay. I’ve been practicing meditation and yoga for over 4 years. It started as a way to feel better during stressful times, and over the years, it became a daily habit that changed my life. Now, I help others find calm, focus, and inner balance through simple guided meditation and gentle yoga. My sessions are easy to follow, even for beginners, and are focused on helping you relax, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Let’s breathe, slow down, and feel better — together.

My meditation sessions are fully guided and designed to help you connect with your inner self, calm the racing mind, and unlock energy flow through breath and awareness. I combine breath-focused techniques (pranayama), body awareness, visualization, and gentle mindfulness. Each session is slow, supportive, and personalized based on your energy and mindset that day.
I help you shift from constant overthinking to a state of clarity and calm presence—without pressure, complexity, or spiritual jargon.

Lesson Plan
Each 30–45 minute meditation session includes:
Centering & Breath Connection (5–7 mins): gentle grounding, letting go of tension
Main Meditation Practice (15–25 mins): focused awareness, breath tracking, or visualization
Integration (5–10 mins): reflection, journaling prompt, or affirmations for the day
Optional Energy Flow Tips: how to carry the stillness into your daily routine
