About Leonor

Piano was taught to me in a cold environment, so I run my practice differently today. Precision is vital, yet I refuse to let it cause anyone to switch off. My 9 years of experience allow me to integrate jazz improvisation, memorisation techniques, and sight transposition into a cohesive method. Holding a Master of Music from Guildhall, I also focus on sight reading, hand independence, and chord voicing to ensure you leave with actual tools.

About the lesson

10.0 is the specific score I aim for regarding your progress across our time together. You arrive at the bench and we immediately bridge the gap between your current ability and the music you hear in your head.

I focus on building a robust method so that technical hurdles do not become permanent roadblocks. Because I work with people starting from zero or those stuck halfway, I adapt my approach to keep the momentum going.

Weekly practice modules assigned with every class ensure your development continues between meetings. I want you to walk away from the instrument with a clear path forward rather than just a result.

This process relies on my background in performance and pedagogy to simplify complex movements. We keep the atmosphere productive and focused while removing the unnecessary stress often found in traditional settings. Having a structured plan helps you track your growth through 10 distinct milestones. I enjoy helping people find their voice through the keys.
