It is very special to love and accept ourselves, be able to stay in the moment, to continue our lives with the awareness of meditation outside of yoga poses. It is not a coincidence that you even came across this posting. You can join my classes by making a good start for yourself.
physical benefits of yoga include:
increased flexibility
increased muscle strength and tone
improved respiration, energy, and vitality
maintaining a balanced metabolism
weight reduction
cardio and circulatory health
Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration”
I will create for you a special sequence for your targets.
Zoom/Skype or what suits you, so let's start :)
