Perfect! Mona est une excellente professeure, qui adapte ses cours aux besoins de ses élèves. Ses cours prénataux sont relaxants et vous laissent également détendue et ressourcée, grâce à un mélange d’étirements statiques, de postures actives et d’exercices de renforcement. Elle propose différentes adaptations ainsi que des accessoires pour vous aider à accéder à chaque posture et exercice. Chaque cours est bien structuré et équilibré.
Perfect! Pour des cours particuliers à domicile: Mona est très à l'écoute, s'adapte aux envies et difficultés du moment et bon rapport qualité/prix

Superbe cours de yoga ! Je suis débutante en yoga mais sportive. Mona a su être à l'écoute et s'adapter à mes besoins. Ce fut un cours efficace, à la fois dynamique et doux. Les exercices de souffle et la méditation ont été bénéfiques à ma détente et ma concentration. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! À très bientôt Mona !
