About Ketaki
I am a licensed Yoga instructor and teacher. I did my course from the world's oldest yoga institute in India. My yoga journey was an immersive experience and I would definitely like to spread the joy of yoga to those who seek it.

We take it easy and slow just how yoga is supposed to be. Traditional Hatha yoga asanas for the union of mind and body. We will also focus on breathing techniques known as Pranayam and relaxation techniques in the class. Meditation will be included as well.
