About Arthur
I have been practicing Yoga Asana since 2016, but it was only 2 years ago after attending a Vipasana meditation course that I started to awaken my interest for a deeper knowledge.
Early 2022 I completed 200h of Yoga Teacher Training it changed my life.
I look forward to sharing the yoga path and philosophy with you.

Yoga is much more than just postures and Yoga studios forget to tell you that.
I teach a personalised class where we will be focusing on understanding the yogic path and learning to live by the yoga principles.
Asana , Pranayama and meditation are the main focus of my classes.
