I’ve worked with several students in a variety of settings. My general teaching philosophy is that if you don’t understand what I’m trying to explain, that’s a failing on my part, not yours. I’ve worked with students on an individual basis and in large groups aged from middle school to grad school. I’m comfortable discussing advanced math topics at whatever level best fits a student's understanding.
In addition to computation-oriented material, I can help with more conceptual problems, such as p-values and statistical inference. I pride myself on my ability to understand and communicate complex topics, and I'd love to help you advance your education—whatever that means for you.
