About Marlena
My name is Marlena, and I am originally from New York. I studied Communications and Rhetoric at Binghamton University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2016. During my time as a student, I worked for three years as a communications consultant, helping students strengthen their public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
I currently work within the architecture and design world, but I previously spent nearly ten years at McKinsey & Company, where I partnered with technology teams to support product launches through effective, cohesive communication, marketing, and adoption strategies. My work focused on helping teams communicate ideas clearly, connect with their audiences, and create experiences that felt both engaging and impactful.
