About Maria
I have played badminton for many years and now coach players of all ages. I like to keep sessions fun, active and encouraging, because people learn faster when they are enjoying themselves. If you want to get fitter, beat your friends or compete, I would be glad to help you.

My lessons mainly start with what you can already do, then we build from there. We work on grip, footwork and the main shots like clears, drops and smashes. Expect short drills, some light match play and clear tips after each session so you know exactly what to practise next time.
