I am yoga instructor . Actually In my school I was weak not enough strong . Then someone suggest me to do yoga . So after my graduation I did my masters in yoga . Yoga helped me to find balance in my life .

I can teach hath yoga traditionally . Pranayama which is basically breathing techniques . Breath is really important there are triangle in our life . Body, mind and soul .so through Asana we can control our body . By pranayama practice we can control our mind if both calm so you will be the way for your soul so I do my work in this philosophy
