BSc/BEcon from the University of Melbourne is the lens through which I view global finance. To be honest, I prefer raw data over academic theory. I teach international trade and market structures to IB and ATAR students who want to see how the world actually functions. University freshmen often struggle with the transition to rigorous microeconomics and monetary policy.
I simplify GDP and national income concepts for A-level students who are tired of rote memorization. My background in fintech allows me to explain inflation and unemployment through a practical lens. Behavioral economics is a fascinating bridge between human error and market efficiency.
Exam technique is the final filter for success. I find it deeply rewarding to see a student finally calculate equilibrium with total confidence.
