About Dr Shilpa
Shilpa is a Doctor in naturopathy, a renowned yoga personality, nutritionist, acupressure, color and magnet therapist. She has extensive experience in prenatal, postnatal and therapeutic yoga training with clients from many parts of the world. A renowned name in Pre-natal, Postnatal and Therapeutic yoga, Heal-In Sutras offers only customized sessions for moms-to-be and new moms and people suffering from illness. Apart from yoga, Dr Shilpa also has expertise in diet and lifestyle change consulting.

Tailored Programs: Sessions are customised as per my client and mom-to-be’s health status, body type and history of any ailments. The sessions are modified as per the client’s progress, energy and comfort levels.
Holistic Approach: I follow a holistic approach for your overall well being apart from yoga. The sessions also include diet, lifestyle changes, pranayama and meditation.
The quickest way to solve a problem is to identify its root cause & work on it. And I leave no stone unturned to figure that out.
End Goal: The sessions are designed and practised keeping the problem areas in mind. From mom-to-be’s pregnancy problems like stress and helping the body. Getting ready for normal delivery is practised. For Therapeutic & Postnatal Yoga, Faster Recovery, Reduce stress and anxiety, better Flexibility, Improved Muscle Strength and Tone is ensured.

I eagerly anticipated prenatal yoga with Shilpa every other day. Every request is taken seriously, and Shilpa provides guidance for all yoga and pregnancy experience levels. Shilpa is such a wonderful instructor! She offers a warm and welcoming environment for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. There is no one better, in my opinion, to teach pregnancy yoga.
Between weeks 14 and 39 of my second pregnancy, I joined Heal-In Sutras's prenatal yoga class. I experienced Shilpa's encouragement throughout my time in her seminars. She is a rare human being who just radiates love and gentle leadership both during and after her classes. Since I have strange body aches, she assisted me with positioning, and after class, we would converse like old friends. I'm very happy I was able to enrol in her class. I'm very happy I had the opportunity to meet her. I would always endorse Shilpa as a wonderful prenatal yoga instructor and to anyone who needs a compassionate presence and mentor in their life.

I tried several offline prenatal yoga classes before joining online classes by Shilpa @ Heal-in Sutras. She is a perfect blend of wisdom and calmness that touches even the most anxious mom-to-be. Her class is as much about preparing you for birth and motherhood, as it is about surviving pregnancy. The other studios that I tried were mere normal yoga & not very specific to pregnancy.
Sessions by Shilpa were customised as per my needs as was promised and evident through the results in a short period. Not only Yoga but I use to get a whole lot of tips related to diet and lifestyle. She was very flexible in rescheduling the batch timings & days considering the pregnancy issues.

She makes physical fitness possible for everyone and make the sessions fun lovingI have recently had a baby! Pregnancy for me was not easy going! The normally pretty calm me used to be anxious at times. May be my pregnancy hormones were to be blamed.
It was suggested by my gynae to try out a yoga class. I joined yoga classes with Shilpa, often 3 times a week. She alsotaught me some breathing techniques to be used in labor and prepared me for birth.
Prenatal yoga was extremely relaxing & Shilpa use to make every session different.
I now can’t wait for my emergency C-section wound to be healed so I can head for my postpartum yoga with Heal-In Sutras.It was delightful to take prenatal yoga classes with Dr.Shilpa and her team. I loved taking time to contemplate my baby, our health, the reverence, and the feelings of gratefulness. The prenatal yoga helped me to be more peaceful and trust my body more! It helped ease my hip pain and enjoy my belly more.
Shilpa is a beautiful lady inside and out. She is definitely aware and present and she is so insightful in so many different areas of this world of pregnancy and babies. I definitely recommend her classes to the parents who want to be more educated and knowledgeable about birth.I got in touch with Dr Shilpa and Ezhil (my yoga instructor) at the right time in my life. I had moved to Toronto, Canada and was going through a lot. My therapist recommended I start yoga to help me heal from anxiety, PCOS and certain traumas. Shilpa took me under her wing and not just because I was a paying client, but you can genuinely tell that she cares. She cares about what I'm eating, how I'm sleeping, my daily health. I am so grateful to have found Shilpa who has been a guiding voice through my journey and I know that this is a long-lasting relationship. She assigned Ezhil to me who is absolutely wonderful, and takes good care of me. I really enjoy all our sessions and my favorite part is to end the session with Ezhil saying 'Today is a beautiful day. Have a wonderful day.' On tougher days, I always wake up repeating that sentence in my head because it brings back the peace and happiness I feel during my yoga class. I have already recommended Shilpa to SO many people because it is just so worth it!!!!
Dr.Shilpa’s expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to challenge students! While keeping the classes enjoyable, informative. Highly recommended !
Postpartum caused a lot of debilitating mobility issues for me and an acquaintance recommended i give post-natal yoga a shot. I had never done yoga before and reached out to Shilpa desperately looking for help. She was incredible from the first time we spoke and created plan for me to start with very simple stretches and working with what my body was able to take. 6-7 months down the line, my mobility has returned and i am able to try more complex yoga positions that i never imagined i would be able to do. She is a wonderful teacher and super accommodating to students that live in other timezones. I appreciate the tailored approach provided in each session and can not recommend her enough.
