About Jamie
I trained under the prestigious yoga school 'Samporna Yoga ' in India and have been teaching and coaching clients for the past 5 years. As a teacher and coach I am there to inspire you and keep you accountable for the goals that you have set, whilst maintaining empathy and understanding. I mainly work with people that have ongoing health conditions, particularly cancer. I have done trainings with Vicky Fox yoga for cancer. I am also a health coach so can offer nutritional support, and holistic advice. I often use Yoga, breath-work, visualisations and meditation as part of our time together, which are all good at restoring balance and helping to reduce stress and anxiety. My sessions are focused on your needs and always approached from a place of kindness and compassion. Sessions are between 60-90 minutes and available for all ages and ability levels.
