I guide people with Asana, pranayama and guided meditation.so come on everyone without any hesitation join with me in this journey, to get a better health which will be comprised to physical, mental, emotional, spiritual dimension. I hope together we can make a better health. It's important to build the connection between the body and soul. Between mind and body and my concern has been always that. As Patanjali says " Yoga chittavritti nirodhah". So together we will learn different techniques to overcome the vrittis( modulation of the mind).
