About Robert
I am a professional actor and film crew member with a deep background in martial arts, particularly Chinese martial arts. It is through studying martial arts that I discovered qigong and have never looked back. Qigong can dramatically improve and transform all areas of your life, if practised mindfully and consistently.

About the lesson

Students will begin with a foundation in relaxation and learn proper breathing technique. Everything else is built on this.
The typical length of each technique is around 20 mins however this is just an estimate as a guide.
I have been taught the Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) classic standing Qigong form from Shaolin Temple UK. I have also been taught many powerful Taoist sitting qigong exercises such as the Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds and Microcosmic Orbit from Universal Healing Tao.
The lessons are for everyone and do not require physical strength. HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND ONLY DO WHAT YOU CAN MANAGE.
