About Priyanka
I’m Priyanka, a certified yoga therapist, holistic wellness coach, and founder of Priyanka Bapat Yoga. My new identity is also fityogimum (my insta handle: (concealed information) ).
With over a decade of personal practice and teaching experience, I help people create balance in their bodies and minds through yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition counseling, and lifestyle correction.
I believe fitness is not just about how you look, but how you feel, heal, and live. My journey began with my own transformation as a mother — balancing responsibilities while staying committed to health.
Along the way, I discovered how powerful yoga and mindful living can be in overcoming challenges like stress, hormonal imbalances, and irregular routines.
My mission is simple: to make fitness real, relatable, and sustainable for everyone. Whether it’s beginners taking their first step, women dealing with PCOS or hormonal issues, or anyone wanting to reset their daily rhythm, I offer guidance that is practical, rooted in Indian traditions, and tailored to your lifestyle.

For me, fitness is not just about burning calories or chasing quick fixes — it’s about building a lifestyle that feels natural, sustainable, and deeply connected to your body and mind. I believe every individual is unique, and so is their journey. That’s why my approach blends:
Yoga & Mindfulness – Beginner-friendly flows, asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices to balance body and mind.
Indian Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance – Practical, vegetarian, and culturally relevant nutrition counselling, along with dinchariya (daily routine) corrections.
Holistic Healing – Support for PCOS, hormonal balance, fertility, weight management, and stress through yoga therapy, breathing practices, and sustainable habit changes.
Strength & Flexibility – Progressive practices that help you feel stronger, lighter, and more confident in your body.
I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” workouts or extreme diets. Instead, I guide you to make small, consistent changes that fit your routine, align with your energy, and bring lasting results — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Whether you are a beginner, someone dealing with health conditions, or simply looking to reset your lifestyle, I can help you design a practice and nutrition plan that feels doable, enjoyable, and life-enhancing.

I think the best thing about her is that she isn’t fake and she genuinely makes the effort to help. In this superfast world where everything is instant and our minds are continuously occupied with numerous thoughts, your sessions have been a breath of fresh air. They have helped me stay present and grounded. The meditation with mantra chanting has particularly been a game-changer, helping me stay calm and composed in my daily routine. Guided meditation gives a soothing and calming effect. Your insights on each yoga pose, its significance, and the guidance on techniques for inhalation/exhalation have made it so much easier to imbibe yoga quickly and effectively.
Strength training sessions have toned my body and improved my endurance.
