About the lesson

I am a spiritual guidance councillor, empath and intuitive healer. I work with sound, resonance and conscious engagement to guide your awareness back to centre and into the present moment. By consciously engaging with breath we enable dissonance to pass through our system and leave for good.

I also offer coaching in other aspects of life, my goal is to tailor a response uniquely to you that is worthy of your time and effort and to provide a service that will truly help lift your day and grant you a stronger sense of understanding and cohesion in what you would like to achieve.
