About Aleksandra
Hi!
I started teaching when I was still in school- it was a little after-school job and my students were mainly family friends and younger people in my school. Eventually, through word of mouth, I gained so many students, that a 'little after-school job' became a part-time career.
Some of my students have come to me for specific preparation for exams or extra support to progress their school work. Some students have stayed with me for years, for the extra support to stay on top of everything!
I love teaching and inspiring confidence. I teach specific skills and techniques for exams, however my focus is increasing confidence in specific subjects and overall learning. It's amazing to see my students tap into their potential and understand how much they are capable of, beyond exam results.

I teach primary and secondary school students, specifically for Eleven-plus and GCSE exams. I have been tutoring for over 6 years and have a few students who have stayed with me since the beginning, and are now doing amazing and smashing all their school work and exams!
Whether you need help with a specific topic, revision of the subject, preparation for an exam, or just some extra support, I offer 1 to 2 hour lessons per week, specifically tailored to you.
I provide a free meeting before starting our lessons, to get to know each other, and decide on a learning plan that suits you.
