I'm a high ranking army officer, decorated for gallantry in war, who has re-attired to be a life, leadership and stress control coach. The circumstances of life and profession have taught me so much and I now believe that it is my turn to give back to society and guide you with the wisdom I have gained without you having to go through those experiences yourself.
