My teaching experience can be traced back to my school days, where my friends enjoyed me teaching rather than the teacher and eventually scored well. I can proudly claim my friends passed 12th grade because of me. And then gathering all the confidence I moved on to tutor other subjects to kids who started from scratch.
That included the mentally slower versions of kids too who needed that extra care and was immensely successful with that.
I have a quite different methodology that includes personifying the various uninteresting aspects and getting the students to understand rather than by heart. Just like I see studying as a carefree fun experience, I would want to inculcate the same in them as well.
