About GaYoung
I have been tutoring for 2 years. I have taught a struggling student who received 20% on her test. After my lessons, she retook the test and received 90%. I am currently taking AP Calculus BC and I am able to teach up to precalculus. Plus, I have lived in Korea for 12 years so I am fluent in Korean as well. I teach based on the methodology I have found as I taught myself math. I try to teach the easiest and fastest way that teachers do not really emphasize. Also, I give examples to help students figure out the way to solve the problem instead of giving the answer right away. I have been using this method since it helps students understand easier and improve their critical thinking skills.
