About Razan
A British-Bahraini, with years of experience in academic writing, journalism and editing. I have worked across several publications and media networks in Europe and the MENA region, and have a sharp grasp on concise communication that drives results. I have worked with students across all levels, particularly in GCSE, A-Level and Undergraduate studies. I am keenly driven to refine, polish and expand my students’ learning using holistic and tailored methods. I believe in nurturing existing skills, and converting perceived weaknesses into strengths.

I adapt my methodology to meet the needs and learning style of my student. Before beginning lessons, I conduct a preliminary call to understand the objectives, pain points and preferred learning style of the student. I strategise my lesson plans accordingly, and actively seek feedback to tweak materials if necessary. My lessons begin with theory, followed by a guided exercise to apply the theory, an independent exercise with feedback and a summary of the lesson. I provide homework, and create a bank of summary points for the student to reference.
