About Kitsune
Martial arts and mindfulness have been a crucial part of my mental and physical development. They have helped build confidence, reduce stress and anxiety. I have been an art teacher for 20 years and have a proven methodology for teaching and coaching any subject. I have had a variety of martial arts instructors with many different training philosophies, all of which I apply to my teaching. Being raised by 2 coaches, I know the importance of fitness as it relates to well-being. I know the value of motivation, encouragement, and achievement. This I can bring to you along with all the technical expertise that I have amassed over the last 3 decades.
