About Sneha
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher. My journey of yoga started when I was a school student. But I understood the real essence of it when I experienced its impact on my physical and mental well-being. And I started to spread this ancient knowledge in the society. I worked with all age groups, personal and group classes.

I wish to serve this holistic subject authentically. Correct alignment in Asanas, understand the different body-mind language, scientific but simple method in Pranayam and meditation. I believe that yoga practice is not just physical exercise, it’s a way of life. It helps to understand yourself, overcome obstacles and gain mastery over the mind, body, and emotions.
