Deepen your connection to mind and body in this mindful Hatha yoga class. We'll hold poses for longer durations, allowing you to explore alignment, build stability, and cultivate a heightened sense of body awareness. Through deliberate movement, conscious breathing, moments of stillness, and philosophy you'll learn to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster a profound sense of inner harmony.
