Hi, I’m Lakshita! As a Master's student at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad specializing in advanced semiconductor technologies, mathematics and logical reasoning are the core languages of my daily research. My academic journey has always been driven by an intense curiosity for problem-solving, leading me to graduate at the top of my engineering batch and present research at international IEEE platforms.
For me, teaching is about passing on that spark. Over the past couple of years, I have actively mentored junior peers, guided university lab sessions, and conducted virtual tutorials. I understand firsthand how overwhelming complex equations can feel, and I pride myself on being a highly patient, structured, and empathetic educator.

My Teaching Approach & Methodology
Hello! I am Lakshita, an IIT postgrad student, and my teaching approach focuses on stripping away the intimidation of mathematics to build genuine logical confidence. I specialize in breaking down complex fields like Algebra, Trigonometry, and Statistics into clear, conceptual frameworks rather than relying on rote memorization. Because of my intensive technical background, I love using visual mental models, practical examples, and step-by-step logic puzzles to make abstract math feel tangible.
The Structure of My Classes:
Every 60-minute session is structured to ensure active learning and zero boredom:
The First 10 Minutes: A quick, interactive recap or a "brain-warmer" logic puzzle to review previous concepts.
The Next 25 Minutes: High-focus conceptual breakdown. I introduce the core topic (e.g., trigonometric identities or statistical distributions) using real-world analogies.
The Next 20 Minutes: Guided, collaborative problem-solving. We tackle problems together, progressively moving from foundational to advanced application questions.
The Final 5 Minutes: A quick summary wrap-up where the student explains the core takeaway back to me, ensuring retention.
