About Robert
I am a student who is deeply passionate about physics and mathematics and who finds joy in solving intricate problems by using intuition and creativity. My introduction to the field consisted almost entirely of school work and, a bit later, olympiads. Initially, I was motivated mainly by my competitive side. These experiences pushed me to work harder than I had ever before, thus broadening my knowledge base and strengthening my problem-solving skills. They have also taught me that discipline and consistency are the most important factors when trying to generate genuine, scalable improvements in any area. What made me stick around and choose to pursue this as my degree, however, is the wonderful joy of unpacking the complex and numerous layers which make up the world around us and making sense of them, piece by piece, in a neat and organized fashion. Being able to revisit this feeling so many times is what I adore about being a physicist and what I wish that anybody could experience as often as possible. I enjoy helping people manage the inherent fuzziness of physics and mathematics so that they can experience the clear and beautiful order through all the chaos. Outside of my academic life, you might catch me playing tennis, building model rockets, struggling at chess, or traveling around the world.

When a topic doesn’t click or textbook explanations fall short, it usually means the right learning path hasn’t been found yet. After discussing your goals, I tailor each lesson to build genuine intuition, either by consolidating theory or by working through examples. I am capable of guiding you through several approaches until you feel comfortable with the particular section we are working on. To make your individual work more valuable, I provide assignments suited to your needs, using sources I have gathered over the years of my own study, which helps you achieve confidence, clarity, and ultimately, your intended outcomes. Constant feedback is essential, as it allows me to adjust and improve my methods.
