Since I discovered yoga, my life has completely changed.
I learned to listen to myself, to respect myself, to dedicate time to myself and that made me feel more and more happy. It's amazing what yoga can do to your body and mind.
Today, I am moved by the idea of accompanying you on your personal journey towards an enriching experience thanks to yoga, breathing and meditation. A practice that adapts to the level of each person and helps to deal with day-to-day situations (helps to sleep better, reduces fatigue, reduces anxiety and stress, increases self-esteem etc ...).
