About Diana
I have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years. I am a certified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal. I teach at all levels and various types of people (Seniors included). I have knowledge about anatomy, breathing, ayurveda and chakras. I do work focused on the subtle body and connection of the being, provoking the understanding and the spiritual evolution of each person.

I make a small interview to understand your main motivations and from that work on what you want to improve. In addition to the asanas, I work with you to help your growth in relation to the subtle (emotional) body. We perform personalized exercises understanding that each individual evolves at a different pace. The work is joint, I am your guide but the expert is you, as long as you are open to look inside yourself. Constancy and discipline will be the key to finding the answers you are looking for, always doing it from patience and love.
