I am a fitness freak and huge yoga lover who is an internationally certified yoga trainer, practicing advanced yoga poses and learning different dimensions of it. I love to make people smile when they get rid of any pain or mental tensions as relaxation is part of my program too.

I know people still think that yoga is boring and it's not that efficient to get the best shape and strength, but engaging with the right props and ideas at home, you can see the best results. It's quite interesting to do a workout this way.
