About Karl
What's up? I'm Karl, and I'm looking forward to learning with you!
I'm a graduate of a science high school under an advanced Physics and Mathematics track, and I've always had a passion for solving problems and helping others understand them. Over the years, I've been fortunate to win several international mathematics and science competitions, receive a Mathematics Proficiency Award, and, most importantly, spend the last two years tutoring STEM students in my community.
One thing I always remind my students is this: I was once in your shoes too. I know how frustrating it can feel when a lesson just doesn't click or when you're overwhelmed by formulas and problem sets. That's why I do my best to create a comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions freely, make mistakes without feeling embarrassed, and learn at your own pace.
My goal is to make Math and Science less intimidating and more enjoyable by focusing on understanding rather than memorising. Whether you're reviewing the basics, preparing for an exam, or aiming for higher grades, I'll be here to guide you with patience, professionalism, and a genuine love for teaching :))

Hi! I'm Karl, a Math and Science tutor who enjoys making difficult concepts feel a little less intimidating. I know that everyone learns differently, so I like explaining ideas in a way that's simple, interactive, easy to understand, and not just something to memorize for a test.
Whether you're reviewing the basics, preparing for an exam, or trying to understand a topic that's been giving you a hard time, I'm here to help. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can ask questions freely, make mistakes without feeling embarrassed, and build confidence in your own abilities.
I've always loved Mathematics and Science, and I enjoy sharing that passion with others. Seeing students finally have those "Oh, I get it now!" moments is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring. Looking forward to learning with you!
