Pleased to make your acquaintance.
I have been a student tutor for about 4 years now. My current status is that of a student helps me understand the current mindset of the student I am working with and thus helps me work on the same to get the desired results.
Peer teaching has already been proven effective if we go by extremely accredited journals such as that Stanford. The basic underlying being students often are more comfortable and open with their doubts due to a sense of familiarity. And from experience as well, practical journals aside. Peer teaching does give results.
