About Teboho
My name is Teboho Moloi and I have been a mathematics tutor for over four years working at another institution before deciding to start my own academy. I completed my matric in 2015 with exceptional results and I can assure you there is nothing special about me. You too can achieve this. My results speak for themselves and I welcome you to be another of many witnesses of my effective tutoring. At Ithute Academy of Mathematics (IAM), we focus on our clients having a solid understanding of basics in mathematics. In our experience, most students actually do understand mathematical principles. It is the application part which is the major problem.
Our solution is focusing on the areas in which the student struggles with the most. Then we fill in those gaps by explaining each concept in detail, then followed by activities which test their understanding of those concepts.
We mainly teach in English, but we do improvise where it is necessary for the sake of our clients. In doing so, we prefer face to face lessons as they are more effective and speedy, but we do offer online lessons via the Zoom App.
