About Marie-Emilie

I have been giving courses for a year to beginners and intermediaries of all ages and all backgrounds. I work at a specialization for children and sick people in order to see them helping one in school, others during treatment in medical settings.

About the lesson

Depending on the goals and needs of the students, I build a series of progressive courses to evolve over the course of the year. It can be a course of vyniasa, flow, or on specific needs (such or such part of the body). I also offer workshops on female yoga, related to menstrual cycles.
