Namaste! I’m Haritha Yarram, a certified yoga instructor (200-Hour YTTC – Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga) with a deep passion for wellness, mindfulness, and helping people transform their lives through yoga. I have a background in early childhood education and over 7 years of teaching experience. I conduct online yoga classes for all age groups – from beginners to seniors – with a gentle, supportive, and motivating approach. I teach in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and my classes are focused on flexibility, stress relief, inner peace, and strength. Whether you’re starting your journey or returning to the mat, I’m here to guide you at your own pace with flexible timings.
