I am Dr. Khushboo Dogra, a BDS and MA Yoga professional, RYT 200 and TTC Prenatal certified, specialized in Autoimmune cases, offering personalized online yoga sessions tailored to individual needs, goals and abilities. My approach combines a strong understanding of the human body with traditional yoga practices, focusing on safe, mindful and personalized practice.
I specialize in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and specialized yoga for individual health needs. My sessions include personalized Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation and mobility practices, with appropriate modifications based on each student’s requirements.
