About Yago
My father is an Intercontinental Kickboxing Champion. I was born inside the Gym. In Brazil I was champion of the department of Sao Paulo and I won some championships. I am a black belt with a degree, I have plans to make my team for competitions. If someone has that dream of knowing the adrenaline of competing and living like a competitor, I am the right person. In Brazil my father already has a team, since I am here, I would like to expand that family.

We train an hour and a half a day; The classes are excellent for losing weight, but for those who want to train for competition, we will have different training sessions with help in diet and preparation. (I am not a nutritionist, but with so many preparations that I have already gone through as an athlete I can help collaborate with that as well. We will have belt exams. Kickboxing will be taught in a traditional way with all the requirements. At each belt change, certain techniques will have to be presented. .
