About Silvia
I am a Kinesiologist, I have a degree in Physical Education and I am studying Adapted physical education. I have also studied Yoga, zumba, pilates, aerobics and I am a Personal Trainer. I work also early in the morning and even on Sundays

I always listen my students' need. I change always the exercise and I adapt them to the person. So every workout is adapted on the person. If you don't like an exercise I will change it with another with the same focus:)
