About Nina

I have 2 years of tutoring experience in English, maths and history. I am currently studying law and economics and have an interest in teaching, with the goal of building the confidence in their own ability in all my students, in addition to teaching good study habits and independent learning techniques.

About the lesson

I utilise exam past paper questions in all my lessons as well as providing advice on exam/test technique. Additionally, I usually teach using application of knowledge to problem solving as opposed to memorisation of facts as this, in my experience, is most effective.

All of my tutoring programmes are tailored to the child, their needs and their style of learning.

Lessons for ages 10-16

In maths, I teach up to the Nat 5 level

English, reps and history I teach up to higher
