About Tynisha
My tutoring expertise spans quite a few areas due to 13+ years of experience. Briefly, I have tutored elementary (3rd) through adult students since 2004 in a variety of subjects including Geometry, Chemistry, Basic Math, Algebra, Reading Comprehension, Phonics, History, Test Taking Skills, Note Taking Skills, Biology, Earth Science. I also specialize in tutoring and test prep for the LSAT, SAT, ACT, and GRE.
My educational background consists of a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, minoring in Philosophy, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) with a specialty in Business Transactions, and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting.
As you can see, I love learning and this love is one I wish to pass on to any student who comes in contact with me.
I look forward to working with you.

My education consists of the following:
Master of Business Administration (Accounting Emphasis), University of Phoenix, Online, 2004 – 2005
Juris Doctor – Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Lansing, Michigan, 2003, Dean’s List, 3 Semesters
Bachelor of Art, Political Science (Philosophy Minor), Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia, 1999
When tutoring students, I believe in providing strategies versus theory. Students typically know how to do the problems. I teach them how to do the problems quicker and with more efficiency.
