About Blessed
I'm a big-picture thinker who's spent my career in the deep end of people problems — running teams, training managers, and figuring out what actually makes workplaces function (or fall apart). I spent 3+ years as a General Manager in high-volume retail/food service, with 6+ years total in the industry, and I currently work in tech, so I've seen leadership and communication challenges play out across very different worlds.
I never finished a formal degree, but I studied business independently and have been sharpened by real, high-stakes situations — the kind you don't learn from a textbook. I've also been on TV three times, which taught me a lot about thinking clearly and communicating confidently under pressure.
I'm direct, curious, and genuinely invested in helping people get unstuck — whether that's a student working through a case study, a new manager navigating a hard conversation, or someone prepping for an interview that matters. I don't do generic advice. I ask real questions, listen closely, and help you find language and strategies that actually fit your situation.
